Peter is the founder and executive chair of Intertronics. He started the business selling replacement soldering iron tips. Having witnessed seismic technical and commercial changes in the UK electronics manufacturing industry over the last four decades, and rolling with the punches, he now presides over an adhesives business with a diverse, technical customer base. He spends a lot of time thinking strategically, finding new people to work in the company, finding new products to sell, and mentoring the Senior Management Team (the people who really run the business). He loves trying to keep up with the latest sales & marketing trends, and generates a lot of our marketing content.
Peter is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management, a Non-Executive Director of a technology PCB start-up, and runs an SME networking group. In spare moments he attempts to assuage his GAS (guitar acquisition syndrome), tries to play all these guitars, supports Northampton Saints rugby club, and muses over many past Glastonbury festivals.


The five Private Huts at The Yurt are perfect for our leaders events offering privacy and intimacy. The food provided by Andrew Carr and his team from The Yurt is reason enough to visit but when you combine the environment with the output it's a winning combination.

Blenheim is an inspiring venue and has hosted many of our leaders events. Pictured is The Orangery which B4 uses for its regular breakfast events but our leaders events meet in the private meeting rooms for maximum discretion.

Keble College is one of Oxford University’s largest colleges. Built in 1870, its iconic red brick buildings have attracted much attention over the years. Located just 300 metres north of the original college, our graduate hub, The H B Allen Centre, is one of the most exciting and significant new building projects in Oxford and play host to our leaders events.

Since its opening in 1929, Rhodes House has been an Oxford landmark, a historic Grade II* listed country house in the heart of the city.
