We strive to be as professional as possible in all that we do but underlying the professionalism of the B4 community is the friendly nature of our Members who are all genuinely good people.

From palaces to landscape gardeners, from colleges to universities, from banks to accountants and from charities to employee owned organisations, you'll find businesses of many different sizes, sectors and constitutions in the B4 community.
Opportunities for all
B4 is for everyone in your organisation. Whist CEO's and leaders can benefit from our Platinum breakfasts and dinners, there are plenty of other events for everyone in your team to derive benefit from B4. We welcome everyone from apprentices to the business owner to ensure everyone can connect, no matter what stage of their business life.

On that note we have plenty of Members who want to share the benefit and wisdom of their careers with those just embarking on their journeys. But B4 doesn't create a culture of referral. Our Members introduce someone if they feel comfortable introducing them, not because they're having to make up their numbers. We understand that making an introduction is a reflection on you so it has to be right and pressure shouldn't be in the room!

We understand there are more important things in life than networking, your family and your business to name but two, so we get it that you or your team won't always be around
